Lizzy and Maggie's Day of Fun!
Maggie came over to play with me today, and we decided to go to lunch. We went to Olive Garden with two of my roommates and then we wanted to go to Gateway Mall in Salt Lake. While we were there we bought some cheap new sunglasses and some Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream. It was sooooo good. Afterwards, we came back to my house and we watched a movie, ate dinner, and made a delicious dessert. It was such a fun day!
Bulletin Board
So I had to make a bulletin board for my student teaching this semester and this is what I came up with. These are the classes that my school teaches for FCS. I meant for it to say "PIECE TOGETHER THE FACS OF LIFE", but when I went to cut out the letters this is what I cut out. So this is what I used. I think it turned out pretty well? One thing checked off the list of student teaching assignments. :)

So since today was Labor Day, my roommates and I decided to go to the Hogel Zoo in Salt Lake. It was me, Valerie, Stephanie, Annie, Annie's fiance Will, and our new friend George. It was so much fun. We left to go at 9:00am and we didn't get back until around 3:00pm. We had such a good time. We got to watch this really cool bird show that they had and we also got to ride on a carosel. After we had enough fun at the zoo we decided we were hungry and we went to eat at Red Robin. George decided to try and set up Stephanie with the waiter and she turned beet red. It was hilarious. It was a really good day!

Week 2
Well I've made it through my second week as a junior high school teacher. It's actually pretty fun. Yesterday I had my class playing a basketball review game, and they loved it. I think it was mostly because i was holding the basket and they got to throw paper at me. The only problem with my new profession is that I have to go to school every day. I don't know why I didn't think of that before I finished college, but I'm getting used to the idea of being eternally in school.
